Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive to help our customers use our billing software smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with software-related questions Provide onboarding and product training Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email Troubleshoot basic software issues Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction Collect customer feedback and report product issues

Requirements :

Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Customer-friendly attitude Ability to learn and explain software easily Experience in billing, POS, accounting software, or SaaS is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
